I’m a really big nerd when it comes to inspiring mantras and quotes. I love creating them, and I also love sharing really powerful ones I find or hear from others.
Recently, I had a friend from NYC visit me, and she kept saying this one mantra over and over when things we’re quite going as planned. I completely fell in love with it, and use it all the time now! It’s so interesting how much it helps to calm me down, and put things into perspective.
I’m really excited to share it with you this week and I hope you’re able to adopt it as your own little life helper.

My #1 Mantra
It’s truly amazing how you can really shift your mindset by reframing a situation. Changing your perspective can really alter how you feel. If you find yourself in a situation that’s bringing up negative feelings for yourself, practice saying the following mantra:
“This isn’t happening to me. It’s happening for me.”
This mantra has helped me out in so many different scenarios when I feel like life is beating me up a little bit. It’s such a good reminder that there are bigger things at play which you may not be aware of yet. Just have faith the universe is working for you and not against you.
